Retrieve Therapeutic massage aims at the body as a whole to create wellness located vibrant tapestry of downtown Redmond, WA. Therapists convey in-depth consultations to find out the cause of pain in between clinical and integrative ways instead of simply targeting areas of discomfort. 

Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Deep tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, and Assisted stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional-Release(SER) are the massage techniques I use to treat my clients to achieve long-term results including home care tactics to help bring your body back into balance. 

I use therapeutic massage to help correct body posture and avoid any potential pain, worn out, and partly or multiple tears to improve the musculoskeletal system

We accept all major credit cards, Cash, and Zelle. including HSA, and FSA Card. 

Cancelation Policy

Changes to appointment times are accommodated whenever possible; however, please remember your appointment time with your therapist is reserved solely for you, as with all other time slots and clients. We appreciate that your time is valuable, as is ours. We make every attempt to operate on a timely schedule for your benefit as well as the benefit of others. We will not be able to extend your appointment due to late arrivals!

• 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

• If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment.

• No-show/no cancel appointments –Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged prior to your next scheduled appointment.  

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Out of respect to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If it is your first visit, please arrive 5~10 minutes early so you have time to fill out our intake form.  Please call ahead or text if you anticipate a delay in your timely arrival

Refunds

All product sales and service sales are final with no refunds offered. Services are considered fulfilled upon the start of the booking process when your room and therapist are reserved for you. Retrieve therapeutic massage or the client may end treatment at any time for any reason or for no reason with no refund due the client. Package sales are non-refundable. Products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Late Arrival Policy

All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment, please arrive 5~10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Form. 

Massage Termination

Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Insurance Policy

We do not accept health insurance. We are an out-of-network provider for all health insurance companies. We take FSA and HSA cards and can provide you with a superbill with a receipt for your sessions. 

For the safety and comfort of our therapist and guests, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, or prematurely end a session without refund to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct.
